Becoming a Yoga & Pilates teacher has changed my life.

When I enrolled in my first teacher training over ten years ago, I wasn’t planning to teach—I was there simply to deepen my practice. In fact, the idea of teaching felt intimidating and out of reach. But this journey has taught me how to connect with my authentic voice and step into the role of a teacher with confidence and purpose.

Since then, guiding students has become the most fulfilling part of my journey. Sharing what I’ve learned and witnessing the growth and transformation of others has been more rewarding than I could have ever imagined.
